BYD Car is in Chile since last September, under the representation of Indumotora. In less than a decade, BYD became the main world batteries supplier for the mobile phones. Its next goal is to be the most important automobile manufacturer in China in the year 2015.

The most remarkable aspect of BYD is its focus on the Research and Development of New Technologies. This has allowed BYD to develop and produce multiple technological advances of its own, thus creating the F3e model, the first electric car of effective and real application, the F6DM, the most powerful and clean hybrid vehicle in the world, both with zero contaminating emissions.

The F3, the most produced Chinese automobile during 2008, is among the most commercialized products of BYD. Its elegant design and impeccable level of technology, made it worthy of 68 distinctions during its first year of sales, the “Best New Model” of the Shanghai International Motor Show award and the “Best Price – Performance Relation” award granted by the Chinacar Billboard are among them.
